Local makeup brand Pink Sugar collaborates with online beauty resource Project Vanity for a collection of matte lip crayons. On the photo is Pink Sugar co-owner Laveen Mirpuri and Project Vanity editor-in-chief Liz Lanuzo.
After a year of of meetings and discussions, both came up with the Pink Sugar x Project Vanity These Lips Don’t Lie Matte Lip Crayon.
I tried out these babies at the launch held at Chealsea Cafe in Serendra, Taguig City.
Four pretty shades are included in this collection. Woke Up Like This is a muted pink “my lips but better” (MLBB) shade that is designed to look flattering on all skin tones. It’s a versatile color that can be worn to an important work presentation or to a first date.
Love At First Swipe is a peachy cocoa, a fresh take on the brown lip trend. It’s dramatic yet wearable for everyday.
Ready in Five is a brightening perky pink that’s bound to cheer you up even in the gloomiest of days. A girl can’t go wrong with this modern pink color.
Nothing To Wear is a sexy deep plum that’s set to be a new staple at parties formal or high-octane.
Priced at only P399 each, these lip crayons are highly pigmented in one swipe and stay on the lips for hours without being drying. They are creamy and moisturizing even though they have the coveted matte finish, and that’s because they’ve been infused with Vitamin E and Shea Butter. Grab one or better yet, grab all shades! 🙂
