Kids love to jump on trampolines, but now adults can, too. The Trampoline Park in the Greenfield District of Mandaluyong City is the first of its kind in the country. A warehouse was transformed into a trampoline play area for participants of all ages.
The benefits of trampolining are countless- stimulates metabolism, increases oxygen circulation to tissues, improves sense of balance, increases energy, firms and tones muscles, among others.
The place is huge with different sections for different activities. You can join the Aerodance Workout for Adults and Kids.
Or dive into thousands of foam cubes in the Foam Pool. You can also fly high and land on these soft cubes. This was my favorite part.
I also played a bit of dodgeball with friends.
And there’s a basketball area where you can finally do a slam dunk with the help of the trampoline. 🙂
Ticket price vary depending on date and time but generally it’s P180 and up per hour. Also note that grip socks must be purchased from Trampoline Park before entering. Socks are P80 and can be used again after your initial purchase.
Drop by Trampoline Park and jump your way into fitness. 🙂
